With over 25 years of real estate development experience, Minka Boyd serves as the visionary leader behind Kehila at Florissant and founder of Accord Development. Her extensive portfolio demonstrates mastery across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, with specialization in innovative sustainable community development. Her career includes leading successful land developments across Central Texas, major commercial projects, and luxury residential developments. Minka's passion for sustainable community development, combined with her deep connection to Colorado and proven track record of successful project execution, uniquely positions her to lead this transformative vision for intentional living and regenerative agriculture.
