The Property
100+ acres currently being assembled in Elm Creek, Texas (outside Austin). We're planning mixed lot sizes from ½ acre to 10 acres. Wide open spaces, pond as central gathering place, distinctly Texan character.

The Vision
Picture this: A warm Texas evening. Food trucks pulled up next to the pond. Kids running barefoot catching fireflies. Adults gathered around picnic tables, some picking guitars, others tending the BBQ. The community greenhouse glows softly in the distance. Tomorrow there's a work party to harvest tomatoes, followed by a canning workshop.
 

This is where we're headed with Elm Creek.

Current Status
Product selection underway. Initial lots preparing to list. Infrastructure and water access being finalized. We're seeking founding members who want to shape the community culture from the beginning.
 

Projected Timeline

• 2025: Product finalization, initial lot sales, infrastructure development

• 2026: First homes built, community amenities constructed, programming begins

• 2027: Continued buildout across all parcels
